This is a quilt my grandma Maria made many years ago when she had patience to sew up everything, piece by piece. Posted by Hello
Que concentrao. Such a good student! Posted by Hello
Since it was Sunday, my mom decided to catch up with her Spanish classes while I was reading Posted by Hello
Pleno Domingo, dia de fazer sol nessa terra e nada. O maior desperdicio a nossa piscina sem ninguem. It was Sunday, the day of the week that is supposed to be sunny and in Sao Paulo the sun did not show up. It is a waste to see our swimming pool empty (without people) Posted by Hello

So nao vimos a quadrilha esse ano.

This is at the June festival as well... They are decorated with those small flags all over and there are little tents selling typical food from the country side as well as "warm wine" and with sugar cane juice. Pretty good. There is usually a concert in which they play country songs, mostly in portuguese and some people dress up in typical costumes although in the cities it is harder to find. Posted by Hello

This picture was taken at the June Festival in Sao Paulo. It is a typical party that originated in the country side of Brazil and it got popular in the big cities also. This is my friend Nicole who was the only person that wanted to go with me. Posted by Hello

This is part of the trip to Campos do Jordao in the mountain side of Sao Paulo state. From the left: Vo (grandma) Maria, Dad, my mom and my grandma Alcina Posted by Hello

I think this one was one of my favorites. It looks much better live, the colors jump at you. This exposition started 12 years ago when a group of Chilean artists decided to get together and paint on naked bodies instead of canvases. There are more than a 100 pictures, it looks great Posted by Hello
Essa aqui tambem ta muito legal. Quantos corpos voce consegue ver??

This one is also really cool. How many bodies are there? Posted by Hello

This picture is not in focus but it was taken "secretly" at an exposition that me and my mom went called "Corpos Pintados" or painted bodies. Look for the bodies hidden in the pictures. Posted by Hello
